Our payout partner releases payouts to the banks twice a day, at varying times. Until the next release your payout shows as Processing. After the release it goes by SEPA Instant wherever the recipient's bank supports it, and lands within seconds.
No. There's no KYC: you don't upload identity documents or company papers. Accounts are invite-only instead. You apply, we review your application, and if it's a fit we send you an invitation.
Our payout partner sends every payout over the SEPA network. Your recipient sees your reference, starting with Payout-, on their bank statement.
If a payout fails, or the recipient's bank sends it back, the whole amount taken from your balance, fee included, goes back to your balance automatically. You'll see it as Failed or Returned in your payouts list.
